The wait is finally over! You can finally turn some rubber away with the brand new Bauer Supreme 1s OD1N catch blocker.
The blocker features Bauer's new Curv technology which gives composite reinforcment to the blocker board.
37.5 technology is also included in the liner of the 1s blocker to keep the blocker as lightweight and dry as possible which is crucial when playing deep in the third period.
Bauer has added a XRD foam to reinforce the fingers to give added protection to the blocker. Goalies can now feel comfortable and confident that they won't get hurt no matter what postion they find themselves in.
The blocker also has a AX SUEDE QUATTRO + pro palm to give goalies maximum comfort and control.
Digitially printed graphics are also the standard with the 1s line in 2016; this gives the goalie a modern and pro look with the durability and lighweight features that are new to Bauer goalies.
The 1s OD1N blocker gives goalies a pro level feel along with the protection and look of a modern goalie.

Key to a Proper Fit:
The blocker should be fitted based on hand size. The goalie's fingers should be no more than 1/4" from the end of the fingers in the palm. If the fingers are too long, chances are the hand tabs that tie down the palm to the blocker are too large. This will cause the blocker to wobble, tilt or rotate on the goaltender's hand, seriously affecting control while limiting coverage (blocking surface).
