Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ive worn Reebok and Graf skates my whole life, finally made the switch to Bauer and it was a great choice. best skates on the market, broke in very fast, light weight, and durable. You sit a little higher on Bauer skates but it was a quick adjustment. highly recommend these skates!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 6000 The first thing I noticed was how light these skates are. I am coming from Graf pro goalers which are not light. The increased height (for me) and attack angle have allowed me to slide faster while having more control. The comfort of these skates are like wearing slippers. I am a size 9 shoe with a slightly wider foot. I went with a size 8EE skate and the fit was perfect. This was even before I had them thermo-fitted. Can not comment on quality yet or durability but they look like there well made.

Currently wear Reebok EE, How do these compare in Width? Do I stick with EE or D is sufficient enough?

Asked by: CaWa11RuS
Reebok tends to be much wider skate than a Bauer. I would stick with the EE in a Bauer.

how are these skates different

I have the 100's right now, how are these different from those, or the pros from last year except for the more flexible tendon guard
Asked by: Anonymous
The Reactor 6000's are nearly identical in fit and feel to the One100's. The tendon guard is just as flexbile, and the boot is just as flexible as well. Compared to the Bauer Pro, the 6000 will be a softer, more forgiving boot. The 6000 also comes with a 4mm runner as opposed to the 3mm runner that comes on the One100.

is it possible to get this with a 3mm cowling instead

Asked by: Anonymous
At this point, it's not possible to get a 3mm runner/cowling setup on a Reactor skate either through a stock or custom order. Your only option would be to remove the current 4mm cowling and replace it with a One100 3mm cowling (purchased separately).
