PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

CCM Extreme Flex II 860 Goalie Glove

The highly successful CCM Extreme Flex line of goalie gear has been revamped and upgraded in 2015 in order to offer you an even more premier pad than in the previous E-Flex models. The 860 Glove offers you a comfortable 75-degree break that provides natural closure. Like it's predecessor, the E-Flex 500, it also features a contoured catching area that is engineered to direct the puck into the deep Single-T pocket. A great feature for those who live by the glove save. As with the rest of the Extreme Flex glove line, the Extreme Flex 860 features a one-piece cuff design that will offer a maximum surface area on the front of the glove for the most possibly net coverage. If you loved the E-Flex 500 glove, the Extreme Flex 860 should be right up your alley!

SIZE CHART

Measure your hand from the heel of the palm to the tip of the middle finger, then consult the chart below to find the size that will work for you.

Catch Glove Sizing Chart
YOUTH JUNIOR INTERMEDIATE SENIOR
4 3/4 - 5 5/8 in. 5 5/8 - 6 1/4 in. 6 1/4 - 7 in. 7 - 8 3/8 in.
119 - 143 cm 144 - 160 cm 161 - 178 cm 179 - 213 cm

Keys to a Proper Fit:

  • The goalie's fingers should extend out to the end of the finger stalls of the inside palm to ensure a proper fit. However, any more than 1/2" from the tip of the goaltender's finger to the end of the finger stall and the goaltender will not have the leverage needed to properly close and control the glove.

  • The heel of your hand should line up with the heel and cuff of the catcher. If not, the proper balance between the cuff and catching portion of the glove may be disturbed, making the glove too cumbersome while sacrificing protection.

PRODUCT Q & A

What are the difference to the Pro

Hi! Can you tell me the difference to the Pro Version please? Is the 860 from the protection not so good as the Pro, or is the same thickness in the hand area and Protection as the Pro and only the Material is the Price difference? Thanks for help!! Kind regards, Andreas
Asked by: Quirl
The main differences are that the pro will feature a D30 material in the palm that will absorb the shot with great new technology. The CCM 860 will not feature this technology and it will have a microfiber construction. The Pro will be made out of a more durable JenPro.
