PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

CCM Extreme Flex II 760 Leg Pads

CCM entered the goalie equipment market with the original E-Flex line and immediately made a splash. Now, in 2015, they evolve that line and offer you even more performance features than in the previous E-Flex model. The 760 Legs offer a 90-degree soft boot for increased mobility, and a flat inside edge for maximum stability. In addition to this, CCM has featured their new Torsional Flex system which makes the boot even softer and easier to flex than ever before. It also features a large knee cradle and landing surface for optimal balance, especially when in the butterfly position. As with the rest of the line, the Extreme Flex 760 features a low-density soft foam that will help to control rebounds off of the pad face. If you are looking for an affordable, quality pad in 2015, you should be all over the Extreme Flex II 760!

SIZE CHART

CCM utilizes a "Floor to Knee" fit guide to determine the proper leg pad size to meet your needs.  To determine your "Floor to Knee" measurement, measure the distance from the floor (in bare feet) to the middle of the knee cap, straight up, knees slightly bent.  Find this measurement in the chart below, then look at the number above it to find your pad size.

If fitted properly, the goalie's knee should rest in the center of the knee cradle with the pad securely attached to the goal skate and properly strapped on the goaltender's leg. Generally, this will ensure that the pad breaks (bends) at the knee/shin and ankle as designed for optimal performance.

RATINGS & REVIEWS

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Decent Pads I have had these pads for quite a while now and they have both very good and very bad features. Starting off with the good, these pads are very flexible, which was awesome for my style of play. They also keep your rebounds close, like promised. Getting to the bad, they are not very durable. After about three times I had them on the ice, the inside of the toe was beginning to wear off. Now they have wore down all the ways through the leather. They are also on the heavier side. Finally, these don't slide very well. I have to really push in order to get completely across the crease.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome pads for the cost! It was time for new pads and I looked at the Bauer S170 and these as I wanted to keep new pads under $600. In terms of quality these were closer to the S190 by Bauer which is a $900 pad. When I tried the CCM E flex 760 on, they were a bit heavier then the Bauer pads, but besides being heavier, were better in every way. Super comfortable pad, looks sharp (I have black/white), and looking forward to using them for the next few years. Movement and skating in them are no problem. I play goalie 2-3 times a week in Minnesota for league/pick up, then skate out 2 times a week. If you don't want to drop $1,300 on the nicer CCM pads, these are a great alternative. Really happy with the choice.
