PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Sherwood SL800 Int Wood Goalie Stick

*Please note this stick is only available in the PP41 curve*

The Sherwood SL800 goalie stick was designed for the goaltender seeking a traditional wood feel and the performance of modern technology. An aspen shaft provides solid weight and feel, while an injected polyurethane paddle and blade keep things light and mobile. The SL800 is durable too, featuring a reinforced paddle and blade.

HOW TO SELECT A CURVE

RATINGS & REVIEWS

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice Light weight stick Good light weight stick. Nice curve and great balance. Just wished it lasted longer.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Breaks very fast After about 6 ice times the heel started to split open. Shortly after that, the paddle broke in half about 3 inches below where it meets the shaft while playing the puck. Stick is crazy light and plays amazing, just not for very long.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unsher-Wood I've been using sher-wood 9950's for over 5 years now, always the same pattern and size. I have never had any problems with the stick, they always lasted and were a fair value. The 9950's used to be made in Canada, the SL800's are not. I bought two SL 800 about a three weeks ago, they are no longer in one piece. The sticks DO NOT LAST. They are awful quality and started to crack after the first three shots I faced in practice. Before I would never use anything but sher-wood, now, I will never use a sher-wood stick again. Save your money.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Sherwood SL800 The stick look nice and feels very light but duriability is not very good. Purchased the stick for my son because he could not wait on the new line of Sher-wood goalies tiskand the new commitment of Sher-wood to design a better/duriable goalie stick. Well after one practice we found out that the stick still needs some work. The paddle has a stress fraction on the paddle right above the letter S in Sher-wood right where the shaft and paddle meet. We also found Paint chipping off the shaft which feels like a crack in the shaft. We are both not happy
