This combination of an added calf pillow and ridge on the calf plate gives the goalie added stability and ice seal in the butterfly. There's a 151 degree core flex to give a defined shape and a Connect flex 125 degree boot flex for better movement. New this year is Tunefit Connect strapping, which locks the knee in with a removable strap to provide more stability in the butterfly. Finally, there's Curv composite that's reinforced tightly with Cortech ST on the knee and a calf plate to assist sliding.
