The CCM Tacks goalie skate was built with the intention of giving goalies a skate that is tailored to their specific needs. That is, a firmly constructed skate that helps generate power in their strides and T-pushes. It also allows them to flex into their static stance and provides excellent comfort and support for their positioning and stance.

The boot for the 6092 is constructed of a composite reinforced attackframe core. This gives the boot a lightweight, rigid and thermo-formable corefor maximum performance as well as allowing goalies excellent side to side power transfer capabilites for their strides and T-pushes with elite level support and comfort.

The CCM Tacks goal skate also features an asymmetric flex stance contour. The boot collar is shaped and molded to allow the goalie to flex deeper into the stance and benefit from extremly quick recovery to stand back up.

A 7mm felt tongue with was added to to the Tacks goal skate for 2016. This feature gives goalies superior protection from a thick felt layer and lace-bite protection tongue. Excellent comfort zone specifically designed for goalie positioning.
