The all new Ventus SLR Pro Carbon blocker has been upgraded quite a bit from it’s predecessor, the LT98.
The top angle of the front board is defined to turn pucks away with ease. The blocker houses a large side shield with a floating index finger extension to maximum protection. The palm is constructed of a VX suede with extra grip added for stick control.
Carbon fiber has been added to the reinforced finger guards as well as a molded thumb. An adjustable wrist strap is attached to give goalies a customized fit and feel. The blocker encases a flex cuff for added wrist movement and an air cushioned back hand and side wrist protection. A thicker HD board insert was all improved upon for added protection.
Measure your hand from the heel of the palm to the tip of the middle finger, then consult the chart below to find the size that will work for you.

Key to a Proper Fit:
The blocker should be fitted based on hand size. The goalie's fingers should be no more than 1/4" from the end of the fingers in the palm. If the fingers are too long, chances are the hand tabs that tie down the palm to the blocker are too large. This will cause the blocker to wobble, tilt or rotate on the goaltender's hand, seriously affecting control while limiting coverage (blocking surface).
