For the past several months, we’ve been developing our state-of-the-art website – providing you with a streamlined shopping experience, improved user interface and the largest product selection and availability in the industry.

Q: I tried going to TotalHockey.com, and now I’m at PureHockey.com. What’s going on?
A: We are now Pure Hockey. Our commitment to you is three-fold. First, to provide you with a curated selection of the highest quality products in the industry. Second, to offer you expert advice and knowledge so you can be confident the products you buy from us will be the right ones for you. And last, but not least, to make sure your user experience, both online and in-store is a memorable one.
Q: My local store is still operating as Total Hockey. Will any Total Hockey retail locations be impacted by this change?
A: Yes. Over the next few months, all of the Total Hockey retail locations will be renamed Pure Hockey. However, you will see the same friendly faces, the familiar smiles and great service that you’ve been accustomed to.
Q: I recently made a purchase from Total Hockey. Is my order impacted in any way?
A: No, not at all.
Q: Who should I talk to if I have additional questions?

Q: Are any of the return policies, warranties, or other purchase guarantees affected by this change?
A: No, not at all.
Q: I’m a Breakaway Rewards member at Total Hockey. Is my membership impacted in any way?
A: No, not right away. As part of the integration process, we are redesigning all programs currently offered by both companies, including Breakaway Rewards. Existing benefits for current members are not impacted at this time – however, upgrades to higher membership levels are temporarily on hold. If we decide to make any changes, we’ll let you know right away.
Q: I’d like to become a Breakaway Rewards member. How do I sign up?
A: We are not enrolling any new members at this time. But there are plenty of new loyalty and rewards programs in the works.
Q: I tried logging into my Pure Hockey customer account, and my purchase history and payment information is missing. What happened?
A: We’re sorry for the inconvenience. As part of the merger, we’ve significantly upgraded the site technology. To protect your security during the changeover, some of your information and purchase history was deleted. If you need to retrieve your previous history, please contact our Customer Service team by phone 866.787.3462 or email at customerservice@purehockey.com.
