About eGift Cards
When will my eGift arrive in my recipients inbox?
If you do not specify a future date to send the eGift card, we will send the gift within 10 minutes after you check out.
If you do specify a future date, your eGift will arrive in your recipients inbox early that morning.
How will I know when my eGift has been sent?
We will notify you via email that your eGift was redeemed.
Is my eGift card refundable?
No, not at this time.
I received an eGift card. How do I use it?
To use Online: Click the "Redeem eGift Card" button in your email. If you are currently logged in to our site, the gift amount will automatically be applied to your account. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to do so. After you log in, we will apply the gift amount to your account.
Once you've applied your gift amount, just begin shopping! Your amount will apear in your account settings, and during check out.
I don't have an account. Do I have to create one to redeem my gift card?
Yes. For your security, we use your email address to verify the amount gifted to you. Use the email address you received the eGift card and sign up here. After your account has been created, you can redeem your card by going to "Account Settings", then "Redeem Gift Card." Input the number you received in your email (below the card design). You're all set!
Can I print the eGift card and use it in store?
Of Course! Take your printed eGift card email and present it to an associate when you check out.
My eGift card was sent to my wrong address. How can I change this?
