The shell of the KONEKT 2 is constructed entirely of GRILAMID, the premier material of the professional ski industry. This material is renowned for its thermoformable properties, impact resistance, and toughness. The shell has also been modified to provide increased depth for Fit 2 and Fit 3 goalies at a reduced weight.
The removable ULTRALON liner is designed to enhance comfort and minimize the negative space in the boot, this highly thermoformable liner will mold perfectly to your fit during the fitting process. The KONEKT 2 features a flex inhibitor allowing you place a small screw in the HINGEFLEX system to reduce the overall flex of the boot by up 50 percent.
Upgraded from the KONEKT these skates have push lock buckles, these ski boot inspired buckles provide a consistent fit while keeping you locked into your skates. Rotating the wire buckles will allow for micro-adjustments to the length to customize your fit even more.
Rounding out this skate is the sleek black Vertexx Edge Holder with the Pulse TI runner. The Pulse TI runner is an upgrade from the LS Pulse stainless steel on the KONEKT and will provide a long-lasting edge for long term performance.

SENIOR Hockey Skates
Senior hockey skates are sized to fit adults and full grown teenagers with a Men's US shoe size of 8 or greater.
*Female Skaters*
The difference between men's shoes and women's shoes is 1.5 to 2 sizes. So, if you wear size 9 women's shoes, that translates to a men's size 7.5 or 7.0, which would put you in a size 6 senior hockey skate. More simply put, go 3 sizes down from your women's shoe size in order to find your hockey skate size.
