The Supreme S29 Leg Pads from Bauer are a great mid-price point level option for goalies looking for an elite level pad without all the pro-specs or the pro price tag. The S29 goal pads feature some key upgrades from the previous model while maintaining a stiff rigid profile.

The Supreme 2S Pro leg pads are constructed with Pro HD foam insert internals, reducing weight by 10% compared to the previous model. The externals on the S29 leg pads are constructed with a synthetic leather front face and C.O.R.Tech on the knee and calf plates for superior sliding ability. While the pro model 2S Pro leg pads will feature CORTech throughout the face and sliding surface, the S29 still features this improved sliding material on the calf and knee plate where it will count.

The break on the Supreme S29 leg pads is a single internal below the knee for a stiff feeling pad that seals the 5-hole for complete coverage. The S29 leg pads will also feature a more traditional sized thigh rise thickness without the Curv composite insert seen on the 2S Pro, which will add some weight, but still maintains a stiff feel for a strong 5-Hole seal.

The back of the Supreme 2S leg pad will still feature the C.R.S. (Custom Rotation System) strapping, with 2 sizes for each strap to dial in the goaltenders fit while maintaining peak rotation. The vent armor calf wrap provides a lightweight feel and ventilated comfort. The Supreme S29 leg pads also feature a new flat knee landing construction with a completely removable knee wing for ease of use with knee guards.
